We are so excited to be able to share this happy time with you all in such an amazing setting. Borgo del Carato is a beautiful old olive press farm, immersed in a private park of 90 hectares, characterized by the simplicity of Sicily of the past.
Surrounded by tall carob trees and centenary olive trees we hope you make the most of your time here soaking up the sun, relaxing by the pool and enjoying the delicious food and wine.

5pm - Welcome Party

As a heartfelt thank you for traveling all this way, we invite you to a casual and delicious pasta party to begin the celebrations.
Join us for an evening of homemade Sicilian food, local wine, and warm conversation.
We can’t think of a better way to begin our wedding weekend than by sharing a beautiful meal with all of you, our nearest and dearest.
Monday 27th
8am - Breakfast
Enjoy a leisurely start to your day with breakfast served in the courtyard of the Borgo. We invite all of our on-site guests to join us for coffee, pastries, and a delicious Sicilian-style breakfast. It's the perfect opportunity to recap the fun of the night before and prepare for the day's adventures.
1pm - Lunch
After breakfast, take some time to relax by the pool or explore the grounds. A light lunch of local Sicilian specialties will be available for all on-site guests. Enjoy some fresh, seasonal flavors as you unwind and prepare for our wedding ceremony later in the afternoon.
Monday 27th continued
5pm - Ceremony
The moment we've all been waiting for! Join us as we exchange our vows, followed by a cocktail hour and a spectacular dinner under the Sicilian stars. Get ready to dance the night away with amazing food, live music, and plenty of dancing.
5:45pm - Wedding party photo shoot
There will be group photo's following the Ceremony. Following that, help yourself to a drink and enjoy the music.
6pm - Reception dinner
